Changelog
Everything customer-facing we've shipped, newest first. Internal plumbing stays out of it.

Start on a 14-day trial with no credit card — one project, two runs, and uploads up to 500 rows. Alongside it: connect Zendesk to pull recent tickets, point us at your iOS app to pull its App Store reviews, or connect a Slack channel and the /feedback command. Each one accumulates into a batch you run whenever you're ready.
On Pro you can now buy extra runs or project slots in bundles, straight from the billing page. Unused run credits roll over to the following month, and project slots are permanent.
Any top problem's recommended action can now be filed as a real issue in your tracker — with the supporting customer quotes attached, so whoever picks it up can see why it matters. The button then links to the ticket.
Every project can mint its own private email address. Forward a customer thread to it, or set one auto-forward rule for your support alias, and feedback arrives without an export step. You get a live pending count and can be emailed when it crosses a threshold you set.
Ask any completed run a free-text question and get an answer drawn strictly from that run's evidence — and an honest "the feedback doesn't support that" when it doesn't. Ten questions per run on either plan.
Turn any executive memo into a read-only link that anyone can open — no account, no seat. Revoke it whenever you like. Runs also now email you when they finish, so you can close the tab.
Upload your first batch and see the problems worth fixing in minutes.
