By accessing or using GliddeSignal, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through our payment processor on a monthly or annual interval.
• Plans are metered. Runs reset monthly regardless of billing interval; projects are a steady cap that you keep until you delete one.
• Annual billing includes two months free versus monthly.

Your content

You retain ownership of the feedback and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and deliver the service to you.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you are not authorized to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Service changes

The service uses an AI augmentation layer with deterministic fallbacks; outputs are meant to accelerate decisions, not replace your judgment. We may update features over time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
