  • Feedback content you upload — the CSV and text feedback you submit for analysis, along with any product context and corrections you add.
  • Billing information — subscription status handled through our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
  • Usage data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use your information

  • To provide the core service: grouping feedback, tracking change, and generating memos and actions.
  • To enforce plan entitlements and process billing.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Corrections you make stay scoped to your own project to improve your future runs. We do not fine-tune models on your data.

Processors we rely on

We use trusted third parties to run the service, including a cloud database and authentication provider, an AI provider for embeddings and text generation, a payment processor for subscriptions, and a hosting provider. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Data retention

We keep your account and project data while your account is active. You can delete projects and runs from within the product; deleting a project removes its associated artifacts.

Security

Access to your projects, runs, and feedback is enforced per account on every request. We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and you can contact us to request account deletion.
